I help my clients navigate the sometimes treacherous waters of the real estate market.  As a Realtor, I am committed to the Realtor @ Code of Ethics and to the education of my clients in the home buying and home selling processes.  I treat all parties fairly and honestly while looking out for the best interest of my clients. 

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, and the St. Louis Association of Realtors.  I have served as a State Director for the Missouri Association of Realtors for two consecutive terms.  I have also served on the Governmental Affairs Committee at the St. Louis Board of Realtors.  In addition to this, I stay informed about what is going on in the industry and I try to help make a difference.  This business is always changing.  You either change or you get left behind.

In my business, I apply the latest technology to meet my clients' real estate needs.  I have earned several designations and am part of a highly specialized team of agents within my company.  We are called the E-team and we are the agents committed to technology.  I chose Prudential Select Properties because they have a strong Internet presence and an excellent focus on technology.  They help their agents remain competitive in the field of technology by offering on-going, relevant and informative classes.  As agents, we have websites instead of web pages. 

I believe a listing should have high quality photographs and a good description of the property for sale.  I spend many hours on the Internet maintaining the quality of information I provide on my listings.
